I, like many of my fellow prospectors, am always on the look out for new tips on how to improve my prospecting skills, useful resources, and especially new places to search for gold. In my scouring the web for information, I recently came across an interesting article that reminds me of the well known saying, “gold is where you find it.”
What if there little known source of gold that produced more gold than other leading mines? Well there is. I am about to share with you a source of gold that is so rich its disgusting, literally.
Sewage! You heard me right, sewage. In Japan there is more gold in sewer sludge than what is produced by one of the larger mines in Japan. I must admit that I am content to find gold in a river, but the thought of working sewage just doesn’t make my day brighter.
